The fine print
Shipping & returns
Freight is part of your quote, not a surprise at the door. Here is how orders move from the plant to your shop.
Lead times
Most orders leave the plant within a few business days of an approved quote. Standing orders ship on your schedule — set the cadence once with your specialist and the press never waits on chemistry.
Damaged or short shipments
Check the pallet before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then contact your specialist right away — we will make it right.
Returns
Industrial chemistry is handled case by case. Unopened product in original packaging can usually come back — call your specialist first and we will arrange carrier and credit. Opened containers and custom blends cannot be restocked.
Paperwork
A current SDS ships with every order, and the full set lives in the SDS library. Lot-specific documentation is available on request.
